Policies

Orders

  1. Orders may be placed through our online shopping cart, by phone, email, or in person at our physical store. Customers may make cash-and-carry purchases or place orders for home delivery.

Pricing

  1. All prices displayed on our Singapore online store are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of the prevailing 9% Goods and Services Tax (GST), unless otherwise stated.
  2. For international buyers, listed prices refer to the products only. Additional costs, including freight charges, import duties, taxes, customs charges and other applicable surcharges, may apply depending on the destination country.
  3. Prices displayed on our online store may differ from prices offered at our physical store or under corporate, bulk-purchase or other special arrangements.

Payment

  1. For self-collection at our physical store, we accept CASH, PAYNOW, NETS, VISA, MASTERCARD, GRABPAY and DIRECT FUNDS TRANSFER.
  2. Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) may be made to our DBS bank account:

  4. PayNow UEN payments should be made to Medpro Medical Supplies Pte Ltd using UEN: 202021045GMMS.
  5. For electronic funds transfers and cheque payments, goods will only be released after payment has been successfully received and cleared by the bank.
  6. Customers are responsible for any bank charges, intermediary bank charges or other fees incurred in connection with telegraphic transfers or other international payments.

Delivery

  1. We provide local and international delivery from our warehouse, subject to product availability, destination and applicable delivery restrictions.
  2. We offer international shipping to selected destinations. For bulk international orders, please contact us for a quotation and available freight options. Where applicable, we can also arrange delivery to your preferred freight forwarder in Singapore.
  3. For deliveries within Singapore, orders are typically delivered within 1–4 working days, subject to stock availability, delivery schedules and order confirmation. A standard delivery fee of S$4.99 applies unless otherwise stated. International delivery times and charges vary depending on the destination, shipping method, customs clearance and product availability.
  4. For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, customs charges, clearance fees or other charges imposed by the destination country, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Home Demonstration

  1. Home demonstrations may be arranged by our delivery or service teams, subject to availability and the following conditions:

A. An appointment must be arranged in advance with our sales staff.

B. Demonstrations are generally limited to items that:

  • i. Are portable;
  • ii. Are non-customised;
  • iii. Do not require complicated operation or installation; and
  • iv. Have been purchased from Medpro, with valid proof of purchase, where applicable.

C. Standard delivery and service policies apply to items purchased following a demonstration.

Repair, Servicing & Warranty

  1. Unless otherwise stated on the product listing or quotation, items purchased from Medpro, excluding disposables and hygiene products, are covered by a 2-week warranty against manufacturing defects. Where applicable, a one-to-one exchange may be provided at our store, subject to assessment and availability.
  2. Loan Unit: As a courtesy, we may provide a loan unit, subject to availability, while the purchased unit is being repaired. Loan units are not covered by warranty. If a loan unit becomes faulty, it must be returned for assessment and exchange, subject to availability.
  3. To assist us in identifying and assessing faults efficiently, customers are strongly encouraged to provide clear photographs and videos of the reported defect via WhatsApp or other communication channels requested by our service team.
  4. Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by misuse, improper installation or operation, accidents, unauthorised modifications, normal wear and tear, consumable parts, or other circumstances outside the manufacturer's intended use, where applicable.

Return of Goods

  1. Goods sold may only be returned with prior approval from Medpro and at the company's discretion. Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of 10%–30% of the purchase price, together with applicable transport charges and GST.
  2. Defective goods must be reported to Medpro and returned for assessment or exchange within 3 days of receipt, unless otherwise stated in the applicable quotation, invoice or warranty terms. Customers may be responsible for the return freight or transportation cost, subject to the circumstances of the case.
  3. Returned goods must be in an acceptable condition and accompanied by the relevant proof of purchase. Certain products, including opened, used, customised, hygiene-related or disposable products, may not be eligible for return.

Refund

  1. Goods sold are generally non-refundable, except where a refund is approved by Medpro or is required under applicable law.
  2. Where a refund is approved for a faulty item, the item must first be returned and assessed. Approved refunds will generally be processed by electronic funds transfer within 7 days after the refund has been confirmed and the returned goods have been received, unless otherwise stated.
  3. Any applicable bank charges, transaction fees, delivery charges or other non-refundable costs may be deducted from the refund where applicable and where permitted.

Product Specifications

  1. We continually strive to improve our products and services. Product specifications, dimensions, colours, packaging, accessories and other product details may be changed by the manufacturer or supplier without prior notice.
  2. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure that product information displayed on our website is accurate and up to date, customers should contact us for confirmation of specifications where a particular specification is critical to the intended use of a product.

Corporate Sales

  1. For corporate, institutional, healthcare and bulk purchases, please contact us for applicable quotations, payment terms, delivery arrangements and other sales terms and conditions.
  2. We welcome collaboration with distributors, retailers, healthcare organisations and other business partners.

Medpro takes reasonable administrative, physical and technical measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal or similar risks.

Access to personal data within Medpro is restricted to authorised personnel who require access for legitimate business purposes.

Employees and relevant service providers are expected to maintain confidentiality and handle personal data responsibly.

34. Retention and Disposal of Personal Data

Medpro retains personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or where retention is required or permitted by applicable laws and regulations.

When personal data is no longer required, reasonable steps will be taken to securely dispose of or delete the information.
